Loving Colorado has kept me here for many years,  I enjoy time with all my family and friends.  Biking, strength training, Pilates and hiking are all activities I enjoy pursuing in our beautiful state.  Maintaining a mindset of self-growth, both physically and spiritually, remains a big part of my life.
