In this insane housing market, I likely looked at over 100 homes over the course of a few months with Schwanda, and got excited about several, only to put offers in and be outbid by all cash offers. I was feeling incredibly discouraged, but Schwanda was the voice of reason that encouraged me to keep looking, and I am so glad she did because I finally found a perfect home for me with her help! Schwanda is very responsive, honest, trustworthy, never pushy, always had my best interests in mind, and not once did she roll hers eyes at my “I’m going to be doomed and living in a box on Main Street or in my mothers basement” comments (and trust me, there were plenty of them- so that’s saying something!) I am so incredibly grateful for all of her help and perseverance in finding my amazing home!
